BabyBallers are a growing football franchise brand that caters for toddlers from 16 months to 5 years.
With 50 clubs in the UK, GrowDog acted as consultants to improve their sales and marketing strategy to increase their rate of growth in the UK and beyond.
Together we developed their franchise operations and training manual, enhanced their onboarding process for new franchisees, helped raise finance before creating and implementing a franchise marketing strategy.
Within weeks, the quality and quantity of leads had improved drastically and in the first 3 months of working with them we helped sell more franchise territories than in the previous 9 months including overseeing the expansion of the brand into Belgium and we are now working closely with them to launch into Australia.
We are now developing and implementing stage 2 of the strategy.
